Customer Service Lesson Plan for Careers
Every business has a ‘Duty of Care’ to its employees and to other customers, so sometimes there are situations where the customer is not always right. However, employees still need to have appropriate communication skills to deal effectively with the situation.
Using a series of videos and scenarios as examples, students uncover the consequences of good and bad customer relationships. Students must work in small groups or pairs to complete the exercises.
