Having problems downloading files?

If you are having problems downloading files, please check that you are trying to open the files with the relevant program. For example, if you are downloading a PDF file, please ensure that your browser is attempting to open this with Adobe Reader, or a PPT file with PowerPoint. If you still experience difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We will invoice your school directly, for your requested membership package, after the 14 day trial has ended, unless you cancel before that time. You can download a trial cancellation form here
